  • Marble or Zebra  $30  (chcolate, matcha, raspberry)

Decorations: add to base sponge price

INGREDIENTS

Base sponge :

KOMEMO (rice flour from Japan), eggs, organic cane sugar,  water, canola oil, vanilla extract, and flavor powder or flavor puree

Decorations :

  • Whipped cream frosting - heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and flavor powder as requested.

  • Fruits - fresh fruits as required 

  • Macarons - almond flour, powered sugar, egg white, granulated sugar,  cream of tarter, and flavor extract or food gel as requested
