My Story
Tomoko@Home began with a simple intention: to create sweets that are both kind and joyful — for those with food sensitivities, and everyone who loves dessert.
I bake using organic eggs, KOMEKO (Japanese rice flour) from Japan, and mostly organic ingredients. All of my treats are gluten-free, and many can be made dairy-, nut-, or egg-free upon request.
Baked in small batches with care, my creations are inspired by Japanese simplicity, natural ingredients, and the idea that no one should feel left out when it comes to something sweet.
